Scope of Work:
- Assess and resolve hot water deficiency issue at Fifth Third Bank Babcock Ranch Branch.
- Conduct trenching and layout planning for underground piping.
- Install in-wall overhead water piping to optimize space and meet regulatory requirements.
- Implement roof hydrant for emergency water access.
- Provide and install toilets, sinks, and necessary fixtures.
- Integrate and set up water heater to ensure consistent hot water supply.
