Trinity Building and Designs is a great trade partner. Upon my arrival in Southwest Florida for Wade Jurney Homes, Trinity took the time and patience to educate and explain processes, procedures and codes of SWFL. They took an active role in making sure that each home was a success and achieved the Certificate of Occupancy on time to ensure each closing occurred per schedule. They were very helpful in resolving issues with grade, elevation of finished floor, removing trees, working with code officials and offering solutions when others couldn’t. They continued to take an active role in achieving Wade Jurney Homes goals despite having to to take a back seat at points while the corporate office tried trade partners who ultimately failed and couldn’t achieve schedules and performance. I appreciate all of the dialog and success that Wade Jurney and Trinity achieved together growing from 80 homes under construction to more than 200 prior to my departure, in 2017.

Trinity staff has always provided excellent service, showing up to the job on time, performing the work correctly the 1st time. Penny and Angela in the office always communicating with the Superintendents of the jobs to make sure to be on schedule. When there is a issue in the field Craig Evans will always meet with you to discuss the best solution to solve the issue. I will continue to use Trinity for my site work, now and in the future. They are definitely a great company to work with.
